For airport transfers the guide will pick you at the airport upon your arrival and will escort you to the hotel. For airport transfers for departure there is no guide. The driver will pick you up at the hotel and leave you in front of the departure hall.
For city transfers the guide will pick you up at your hotel and escort you to your venue.

When booking a transfer, inform us about the pick up place and time.
For airport transfers please send us also the flight number and the time or your arrival and departure. There is no guide to escort you for airport transfers for departure.
For airport transfers for departure you should leave your hotel about 3 hours ahead of your flight.
