Overview
In Athens you have many options for outdoor activities. The city' s location near mountains, sea, hills and lakes offers many possibilities. Off road driving with 4x4 vehicle in nearby mountains is a great way how to spend a day full of adventure. On the route Athens Parnitha Mountains you drive through forests, dirt tracks, crossing small rivers until you reach the small villages where you finish your tour with BBQ and drinks. On the route Athens Lake Marathon you finish at the dam near the famous Marathon town.
The adventure park is the biggest one in Greece and apart the Zip line you can try other attractions too. Afterwards, you can head to the snack bar for cold, well deserved beers.
How it works
Off road driving - the driver with 4x4 vehicle will pick you up at the meeting point (e.g. your hotel) and he will be your guide as well. The capacity of one vehicle is 4 people. You will be heading north of Athens and once you reach the mountains area your off road experience starts. The whole tour lasts about 4-5 hours. Zip Line in Athens Adventure Park - Our guide will pick you up at the meeting point and provides a private transfer. You can spend up to 3 hours on Zip Line, enjoy your drinks and then the guide will escort you back.
Transport
Transport is included on all Stag do day activities in Athens. The driver or guide will pick you at the meeting point and will provide the private transfer at all time and bring you back after the activity.
The driving time to the Adventure park for Zip line is about 40 minutes and the distance is about 35 km from the city center. For an off road experience you will drive about 50 minutes before you reach the mountains area.
To consider
It is recommended to wear comfortable sportswear and trainers for activities such as a zip line and off road driving.
To join the off road experience or to enter the Adventure park is not allowed to be under the influence of alcohol or any other substances. If this case the activity may be cancelled and there is no refund.
